Although we take as much care as possible to perform our work in a diligent and meticulous way, we recognise that sometimes our clients may not be satisfied with our service, particularly in relation to claims or even other functions.

You will note that, for Health Insurance, if you are not happy with our complaints response, Dubai residents can escalate a Health insurance complaint to the Dubai Health Authority by clicking on the ipromes link shown in red at the end of the flowchart.
